We install and maintain security cameras, alarm systems, intercoms and access control for homes and businesses in Het Gooi. Who we are

We are a technical company based in Almere, working since 1999. Thirty-six people on permanent contracts, sixteen vans, our own warehouse, workshop and help desk. No subcontractors: the person on your roof is on our payroll.

Het Gooi is the wooded, affluent area between Amsterdam and Utrecht, covering Hilversum, Bussum, Naarden, Laren, Blaricum, Huizen, Muiden, Weesp and the lakes around Loosdrecht. We work in this region every day, which is why we keep separate crime figures for it.

What we do

• Camera security: footage that actually shows a face or a number plate at night, stored in your own house.
• Alarm systems: wired or wireless, with or without a monitoring centre.
• Access and gates: gates that open on number plate recognition, doors that open without a key, and an intercom you can answer from your phone.
• Perimeter detection: knowing someone is on your property before they reach the door, which matters on the large plots common here.

Why people call us

Most of our English-speaking clients come to us for one of three reasons. They have just moved into a large detached house and realise the garden is easier to enter than they thought. Their insurer has asked for something specific and they are not sure what. Or they have a system installed by someone else that produces so many false alerts they have switched it off.

In all three cases we start the same way: we come and look, walk the property with you, and tell you honestly what matters and what does not. Sometimes the answer is a camera. Often it is better lighting, a gate that actually locks, or planting that needs cutting back.

Frequently asked questions

Do your engineers speak English?

Yes. Our advisers and most of our engineers speak English, and we can do the survey, the quote and the handover in English. The written quote can be provided in English as well.

I am renting. Can I still install cameras?

Usually yes, but ask your landlord first, and get it in writing. We can work with solutions that leave almost no trace: cameras mounted on existing fixings, cabling through existing ducts, and equipment that comes with you when you leave. Tell us up front that it is a rental and we will plan for it.

How long does an installation take?

A typical home takes one day. Larger properties with cabling to outbuildings or a gate can take two or three. We agree the date with you in advance and leave the site clean.

What are the rules on filming in the Netherlands?

You may film your own property. If your neighbour’s garden or the public road comes into view, you need to be able to justify it and keep the view as small as possible. Dutch law puts the responsibility for aiming the camera on you as the owner, even if someone else installs it. We set privacy masks during handover and give you a written record of what each camera sees.
